Tour Plan

Your safari begins with a scenic drive from Arusha through the Masai Steppe to Tarangire National Park, famous for its ancient baobab trees and the largest elephant population in Tanzania. The Tarangire River attracts a diverse range of wildlife, including lions, leopards, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, antelopes, and over 500 bird species. Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch before heading to Marrera Valley Lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, depart for the Serengeti, the world's most famous national park. En route, stop at the Ngorongoro Crater rim for a breathtaking panoramic view. As you venture deeper into the Serengeti, marvel at its vast open plains, home to the Great Migration, 2 million wildebeests, thousands of zebras, and antelopes. Look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas before settling in at Serengeti Luxury Tented Camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive in Central Serengeti, where predators like lions and leopards are most active. After breakfast, drive north towards the Mara River, where from July to October, the Great Migration crosses into Kenya’s Masai Mara Reserve. Witness thrilling river crossings as crocodiles prey on migrating herds. Stay overnight at Mara Heritage Tented Camp in Northern Serengeti.

Spend the day exploring the Mara River region, a prime location to witness the migration crossings. Watch as thousands of wildebeests and zebras brave the river, facing crocodiles and powerful currents. If lucky, spot predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards hunting nearby. Enjoy a picnic lunch and a second game drive before returning to Mara Heritage Tented Camp for dinner and overnight stay.

After an early breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Northern Serengeti before heading back to Central Serengeti. Have a picnic lunch before continuing towards Ngorongoro Crater, often called the 8th Natural Wonder of the World. Stay overnight at Rhino Lodge, located on the crater rim, with stunning views of the world's largest intact caldera.

Descend into Ngorongoro Crater, home to over 25,000 animals, including black rhinos, lions, leopards, hyenas, elephants, buffaloes, and more. The crater’s unique ecosystem offers an unparalleled wildlife viewing experience. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the hippo pool before ascending and driving to Karatu for an overnight stay at Marrera Valley Lodge.

Your final day takes you to Lake Manyara National Park, renowned for its tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and diverse birdlife. Enjoy a game drive and picnic lunch before heading back to Arusha or the airport for your onward journey.
